The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department and the Ayer District Court. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
May 19 – Christopher DiNardi, 28, Lower Rd. in Westford was arrested for alleged driving under a suspended license, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and resisting arrest.
May 22 – Tiffany Plourde, 22, currently homeless (last known address – 161 Hildreth St. in Westford), was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
Update – According to documents obtained from Ayer District Court, a manager at Juniper Systems called the Westford Police Department on May 8 after allegedly discovering child pornography on a work computer used by Lawrence Crook.
A search warrant was obtained for Mr. Crook’s work computer and an attached USB memory card, with both seized and searched on May 12 by the Westford Police Department and members of the Middlesex District Attorney Cyber Protection Program.
Upon inspection, police allegedly found pictures of children aged 4-14 in sexual poses with other children and adults on the devices.
Crook’s next court date is July 23, he has been ordered to avoid the premises of Juniper Networks, stay off the internet and have no contact with anyone under the age of 16.
