Car Breaks Down, Driver Found To Have Oustanding Warrants for Arrest

The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is assume innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

June 23, 8:02 a.m. – Scott Lowe, 45, of Merrimack St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

June 27, 9:15 p.m. – Joseph Eno, 20, of Aiken Ave. in Dracut was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

June 28, 10:39 a.m. – Jamie Noke, 36, of Tadmuck Road and Peter Joseph, 38, of Pershing Street, both in Westford, were arrested during a motor vehicle stop.

Noke was arrested on an unspecified straight warrant while Joseph was arrested on two counts of alleged failure to appear in court upon personal recognizance.

June 28, 7:49 p.m. – Michael Kares, 44, of West Main St. in Dover-Foxcraft, ME was arrested after his car broke down on Depot Street.

After officers began to assist him with his car, it was discovered that he had an outstanding warrant from the Woburn District Court and another for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

June 29, 7:57 p.m. – Elvis Rodriguez, 24, of Hildreth St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged driving with a revoked license, illegal motor vehicle height modifications and driving without a registration sticker.
