Pending Sale Agreement on Former Eric’s Property Made For $735,000

A pending purchase and sale agreement for 68 Boston Rd. was submitted to the Westford Planning Department late on Monday afternoon for $735,000.

Now occupied by CNS Mustard Seed, the site in the past has been occupied by Eric’s and Drew Gardens, and was recently the scene of a controversial mulch pile that led to a cease and desist order.

The property is also subject to state laws regarding agricultural restrictions, which were placed there in the 1970s.
