Police Respond to Four Illegal Fireworks Calls on July 5

The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is assume innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

June 30, 3:29 p.m. – Victor Santos, 19, of 14 W. Sixth St. of Lowell was arrested for alleged trespassing at Merrill’s Quarry on Vineyard Road. He was also wanted by the Lowell District Court for alleged breaking and entering and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

July 2, 5:30 p.m. – Tiffany Lee Price, 24, of 9 Texas Rd. was arrested for alleged assault and battery following an incident on Texas Road.

July 3, 1:29 p.m. – Dennis Higgins, 48, of 16B Amherst St. in Nashua and Peter Camplin, 47, of 2 Holmswood Rd. in Sandown, NH were arrested during a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

July 4, 5:53 p.m. – Binh Nguyen, 30, of Lincoln St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged domestic assault and battery on Endmoor Road.

July 5, Evening – Westford Police responded to reports of fireworks violations on Magnolia Drive (7:21 p.m.), Greenwood Road (7:53 p.m.), JoJo Lane (8:55 p.m.) and Tadmuck Road (11:30 p.m.)
