Police Arrest Unnamed Female For Alleged Endangerment of Children, Assault, Threats

The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is assumed innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

Sept. 10, 8:04 p.m. – Peter Joseph McLaughlin of Pershing Street in Westford was arrested for failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

No age was given for McLaughlin by the Westford Police Department.

Sept. 11, 11:09 p.m. – Robert DaSilva, 50, of Stony Brook Rd. was arrested for alleged violation of a harassment prevention order, threatening to commit a crime and unlawful possession of fireworks.

Sept. 13, 8:28 p.m. – An unnamed 48-year-old female from an unspecified address was arrested for alleged assault on a family member.

Sept. 14, 4:50 p.m. – An unnamed 42-year-old female from an unspecified address was arrested for alleged domestic assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless endangerment of children, disorderly conduct and threats to commit a crime.

Sept. 14, 5:52 p.m. – George Jerry Bimbo, 26, of Boston Road in Billerica was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt, and willful violation of town bylaws.

The specific town bylaw was not specified on the log.

UPDATE, 1:45 p.m. – The redacted arrests occurred under the auspices of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 260.

The bylaw Bimbo violated according to police was repeated soliciting without a permit.
