From Nabnasset to Forge Village, here are your Five Things for Halloween and beyond in Westford.

Preparing for Birth and Motherhood with Yoga and Creative Movement Practical work will include postural awareness, poses hat alleviate discomfort, movement sequences, breathing techniques for labor and birth and deep relaxation. Six Tuesdays beginning on Nov. 4, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. $153/$150 for residents

#2. Learning to Live With Bears… All residents are invited to public discussion regarding black bears at the Police Station Training Room located at 53 Main Street in Westford, MA on Nov. 6, 2014 at 7:00pm.  Patricia Huckery, Northeast District Supervisor of the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife will give a brief presentation about black bears and will be available to answer questions from the public.  If you are not able to attend, please send any questions or comments to animalcontrol@westfordma.gov.

#3. Don’t Forget If You’re Driving… the official trick-or-treating hours for this year according to the Westford Police are 6 to 8 p.m.

#4. It Looks Like A Community Garden Is Coming To Coldspring Road… or at least it’s on the right track after discussions at the Oct. 15 Conservation Commission meeting. For more on that particularly meeting, head to westfordcat.org for the full video.
