From Nabnasset to Forge Village, here are your Five Things for Oct. 21, 2014 in Westford.

#1. A Volunteer For The Economic Development Committee… is needed to fill out the remainder of a term ending on June 30, 2015.

Interested residents are encouraged to complete a Citizen’s Activity application form, available online at: http://data.westfordma.gov/bc

HalloweenPartyPromoforAndy#2. Pictured… WestfordCAT is holding its fourth annual live Halloween Party for families and friends. The party will take place on Sunday, October 26 from 1pm to 4pm in WestfordCAT studio. Lots of food, games, and prizes for all. Show off your costumes, live on TV!

#3. The First WEPTO Box Top For Schools Deadline… is on Friday, Oct. 24. More information about the Westford Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is available at www.westford.com/westelmpto and facebook.com/WestfordElementaryPTO.

#4. There’s a Boot Camp For New Dads… hosted by Westford Circle Health and the Westford Health Department. The workshop is for men only, specifically for men expecting their first child.

It takes place on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. inside on the second floor of town hall. For more information, call 978-692-5509 by Oct. 28 to register.

#5. Time For The November Property Tax Bill.. Payments are due on Nov. 3 and can be made by mail, online, to the drop box at the back of town hall or in person at the window.  If you bring your payment into the office and wish to receive a stamped receipt, please be sure to bring the whole bill in.
