Westford Police Arrest Mexican Man For Alleged OUI

The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is assumed innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

Sept. 29, 5:29 p.m.- Amanda Coelho, 25, of Apsley Street in Hudson was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Marlboro District Court.

Sept. 30, 5:28 p.m. – Graham Melia, 52, of Ferncraft Drive in Hinsdale, NH was charged with alleged subsequent operation of a motor vehicle without a license.

Oct. 1, 11:26 a.m. – An arrest report was indicated on the log, but the log also indicated no arrests were made. Additional information was not available on the morning of Oct. 6, the Westford Template will provide additional information on this as it becomes available.

Oct. 2, 1:22 a.m. – Jorge Rojas, 23, of Phillips St. in Lawrence was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance and seatbelt violations.

Oct. 3, 2:18 a.m. – Cesar Obregon, 32, of Camino Real in Mexico City, Mexico was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Oct. 4, 1:48 p.m. – Jorge Quinone-Rivera, 48, of Heritage Dr. in Reading was arrested for an outstanding warrant relating to earlier motor vehicle violations. Quinone-Rivera was also issued a civil citation for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Oct. 4, 8:00 p.m. – Arlana Marshall, 26, 513 Boston Rd. in Billerica was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.
