Lunch and Learn at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford (Nov. 18)
WESTFORD – Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Caring for the Caregiver, Coping Techniques,” on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at noon. Caregivers provide an invaluable service and this presentation will discuss techniques caregivers can use to cope with stresses of living with a loved one diagnose with Alzheimer’s.
All are welcome to attend this free lunch and learn, but space is limited. Call 978-692-9541 to RSVP or for more information. Guests are encouraged to bring their loved one to enjoy a meal with residents during the presentation.

Caregiver Support Group at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford (Nov. 24)
WESTFORD – Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host a support group for dementia caregivers on Monday, Nov. 24 at 4:30 p.m. A memory impairment specialist will lead the discussion on the challenges of caring for someone with memory impairment. The group will enjoy a meal while sharing ideas and challenges to help and encourage each other. We also welcome you to bring the person you care for to enjoy dinner with our residents while the support group meets.
