The Creation Station became the home of Westford Academy’s FIRST team late last year, but in late June it also opened to the public as well.
Following the trend of “maker spaces” springing up across the country, the Creation Station hopes to become the home of kids looking to learn about STEM and adults looking to access 3D printers and other expensive engineering equipment that might otherwise might be economically inaccessible.
WestfordCAT was at the grand opening, here’s what we saw.
