Circle Health Urgent Care, a facility on Littleton Road associated with Lowell General Hospital, recently celebrated its first year of existence in Westford.
Located in the Cornerstone Square commercial complex, the facility was designed to treat non-life threatening conditions as well as provide specialists in women’s health and pediatrics or other urgent health needs.
The anniversary was celebrated alongside Westford paramedics who have worked with the facility to transport patients in need of emergency services.
“This urgent care has provided many community members with an alternative to the Emergency Department when minor medical illnesses and injuries happen and patients aren’t able to see their primary care doctors,” said Tracie McPadden, Director of Circle Health Urgent Care and Emergency Services at Lowell General Hospital’s Saints Campus. “What makes our urgent care unique is our connection to Lowell General Hospital’s expert medical staff and Circle Health specialists, as well as a shared medical record, making it easier for our patients to follow up with their own physician.”
