WESTFORD, MA — October 15, 2015 — The Harvest Fair, sponsored by Friends of the Cameron, will be held indoors Friday & Saturday, October 23 & 24, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Cameron Senior Center, 20 Pleasant St., Westford. Free admission and parking.
This year’s event features: handmade crafts, quilted, crocheted and knitted items, jewelry, bake sale with a variety of homemade cakes, pies and cookies, raffles, a silent auction, snack bar with refreshments and more.
A sampling of the gift baskets include: pasta dinner for 2, high-tech basket, women’s relaxation and bath, dog lover’s, kid’s favorite toys, etc. The silent auction offerings range from: 100 gallons of oil, a 6-ft. tall mirror, various shopping gift cards, jewelry, to home decor and more.
Also, the Cameron Closet Thrift Shop will be open concurrently with the fair, where buyers can purchase gently-used clothing, accessories and household items.
All proceeds from the fair support the programs, activities and outreach support services of the Cameron Senior Center.
Donations for the fair and/or thrift shop are always welcomed. There’s is also still room for vendors to rent a table – just $15. For info, call 978-692-5523.
