The Town of Westford is looking to hire a new administrative assessor.
Working under the town’s principal assessor, the position has around a dozen responsibilities relating to the assessment of properties throughout the town for tax purposes.
Applicants must have at least an associate’s degree or three to five years experience and training within the realm of real estate assessing and appraisal.
Anyone hired must be certified as a Massachusetts Accredited Assessor within three years of hiring if they are not certified at the time of employment.
The position pays between $61,872 and $66,152 depending on experience and the job will begin on April 1.
