Cameron Senior Center Celebrates Gay Nineties And More In Next Few Weeks

“Gay Nineties Celebration”
Tuesday, May, 24th from 11:30-2:30

 

Cameron Senior CenterThe Cameron Center and sponsors which include Emerson Hospital, Friends of the Cameron, Westford Rotary Club and Cook Oil are glad to be honoring our Westford residents age 90 and over. This afternoon celebration will be held at the Franco American Club and will include a catered lunch by Shirley Caterers, Harpist, Rebecca Swett and special presentations to our Westford Honorees age 90 and over. Transportation is available just call the Cameron.
Cost: $7 for Friends members and $10 for Non-Friends members. This is a great time to see friends and enjoy a nice time. Please RSVP to 978-692-5523.

 

Grandparents-let’s keep our babies safe!
Thursday, May 12th from 1-3
The Westford Board of health is having an educational session on the importance
of the Tdap(Whooping Cough-Pertusis)vaccine for those grandparents who have not been vaccinated.
Location of session is Town Hall 2nd floor conference room. Vaccine is free after session. Please RSVP to 978-692-5509.

Fox Tour Trip: Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum
Wednesday, May 11th departs from Franco at 9AM
Enjoy a day of viewing the evocative Venetian Palace with the eclectic
art collection of Isabella  Garner herself and a nice lunch at the Venizia Restaurant
overlooking Boston’s waterfront.  Entree choices inc. Baked Haddock, Chicken Parmesan or Steak Tips. Cost $82 PP includes all gratuities. RSVP to 978-692-5523.\
Car Donation Program
The Friends of the Cameron Senior Center is pleased to have an affiliation with Christmas Motors of Maynard to create a vehicle donation program to raise money to help support the programs and support services of the Cameron Senior Center. Cars and trucks(running or not running) are acceptable donations.  If you would like to learn more about donating a vehicle please call the Cameron center at 978-692-5523.  The Friends of the Cameron is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization.
