Join the Westford Jr. Ghosts for a night of Mom/Son Football Fun under the Friday Night Lights! The event will be Friday, June 10th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Abbot Field at the Abbot Elementary School in Westford, MA. Moms and Sons will run Football Drills side by side led by Coach D.J. Brock from Crossman Speed & Agility Training followed by a Moms vs. Sons Touch Football game refereed by our own Pop Warner Coaches. Mom/Son Football Portraits will be taken by Mariann Murray Photography located in Westford, MA. Suzie’s Ice Cream and refreshments will be served to all participants. Game T-Shirts are available for sale. The Mom Team T-Shirts will be Maroon and the Boys Team T-Shirts will be Gray reflecting the colors of the Westford Junior Ghosts. The event is being organized by Tara Kane and Kimber Carsto who are both members of the WJG Pop Warner Football & Cheer Program Board of Directors. “It’s a first event for Westford offering a Mothers and Sons a fun way to further bond while raising money for the WJG Pop Warner Football & Cheer Program.” said Kimber Carsto.
Westford Jr. Ghosts Pop Warner Football and Cheer is a non-profit group that annually serves hundreds of children from our community and promotes teamwork, academics, and character development.
