They also discuss some upcoming fundraisers and events, how to know if a cat is indeed a stray, and how you can get involved in helping The Lowell Humane Society.
Also, there were two local government meetings this week: the Planning Board Meeting of 8/15/16, and the Drew Garden Task Force Meeting of 8/17/16.
