NASHOBA TECH: School to Host Art Show by Students

Nashoba Valley Technical High School will host an Art Show & Competition at the school on Saturday, May 19, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in cooperation with Gallery Z Artist Co-op of Lowell.

The competition is open to all middle-school and high-school students in the Ayer-Shirley, Chelmsford, Groton-Dunstable, Littleton, North Middlesex and Westford public-school districts, as well as all students at Nashoba Tech.

Prizes will be awarded for best traditional media and digital entries in three age categories: sixth and seventh grades; eighth and ninth grades; and 10th, 11th and 12th grades.

Also, the top 60 entries will be part of an installation at Gallery Z, 167 Market St., Lowell, from May 25 to June 4.

The deadline for entries is April 13. Entries must be dropped off at Nashoba Tech, 100 Littleton Road (Route 110), Westford, in ready-to-display condition. An entry fee of $3 per piece entered will be charged. For more information, visit nashobatech.net.
