Co-presidents Jane Glazier and Peg Mullen spent two years working on the project and are now seeing the fruits of their labor.
“The Westford Garden Club ran a very successful fund raiser to purchase the plant materials from Weston Nurseries of Chelmsford and the town of Westford is planting the materials,” said Mullen.
Passing motorists this week will see town officials, landscapers, workers and Lead Designer Terry Duffey of Weston Nurseries Garden Center of Chelmsford working together to beautify Town Hall.
The 2017 fashion show at the Chelmsford Elks Club highlighted fashions from four Concord stores: Lyn Evans, Grasshopper Shop, Irresistibles, and J. McLaughlin.  Twelve Garden Club members modeled the outfits.
