My question to you today is, “What do you want to celebrate by learning to eat well?” Is it weight loss, relief from debilitating depression, a reduction in the risk of cancer or of becoming diabetic like the rest of your family? I need to know…
Frankly, being healthy today is not just about food and eating healthfully. It’s also about becoming informed about what’s in your environment. What cleansers do you use? What creams, shampoos, cosmetics and even nail polish do you use? (I always bring my own nail polish when I get a pedicure.) What might you be subjecting yourself to that is a hormone disruptor, a potential carcinogen? What is slowing down your metabolism even though you’re using it to try and lose weight?
I’ve learned about all these things, and I can share the information with you, but I need to know what you want to celebrate. If I were to hold a work week of daily Face Book live sessions, where we would just talk about health and becoming healthier, both mentally and physically, would you join me? They could be short, about 15 minutes to accommodate a coffee break in the morning.
I have so much information to share, and I know that information is transformational. I’ve lived it and I’m ready to pass it on in a big way. My debilitating battle with chronic depression has been over for more than six years now. I know this stuff works!
