Eight year old Pucca and 10 year old Betty Boop are a mother/daughter duo who are waiting for a new home together. This inseparable pair of chihuahuas are described by their previous owner has “having a pretty mellow activity level,” said Lowell Humane Society’s Volunteer Coordinator, Marie Baillargeon. “They’ll have periods where they’re very active and then a lot of the time they like to hang out.”
Affectionately described as “The Boopsters” by shelter staff, this duo were surrendered back in June when their family moved and the new landlord was not accepting of pets in the home. Pucca and Betty Boop must be adopted together and they are available now at the Lowell Humane Society.
