Amra is a 2-year-old terrier/pit bull mix brought into the Lowell Humane Society in the beginning of September. Described by the shelter’s Marketing and Fundraising Manager, Crystal Arnott, as a “very nice, sweet dog,” shelter staff recommends that Amra go to a home that is not an apartment, but one that has a yard for Amra to roam and play.
“He’s a young boy, so he’s very active; very playful”, said Arnott. “We often call him the kangaroo because he jumps so high.”
Amra will do best in a home with dog savvy cats and kids, and does very much enjoy the company of other canines. Amra is available now for adoption at the Lowell Humane Society.
