Friends Advancing Music Education is a non-profit, all-volunteer parent organization that supports music students, teachers, and programs of Westford Public Schools K-12. Any resident interested in volunteering, is asked to email fame.westford1@gmail.com or to attend a monthly meeting on first Tuesdays, 7 p.m., room 108 at Westford Academy. The next meeting is on Nov 5.
FAME is partnering with Bamboo Fine Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar of Westford for a ‘Dining for a Cause’ Fundraiser on Thursday, Nov. 7 between 11:30 a.m.- 9:45 p.m. Diners can eat in or take-out and 20 percent of the food sales will be donated to music education in Westford Public Schools. Diners are asked to mention they support FAME to the cashier or server at the time of ordering.
