The Lowell Humane Society is holding its annual Holiday Bazaar and Photos With Santa event on Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8 at from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For a nominal fee, pet owners can get a pet’s digital holiday portrait, with or without Santa, and a link to the images will be emailed within 72 hours. There will be pre-made gift baskets for dogs and cats, T-shirts, sweatshirts, pet apparel, raffles, and silent auctions. Proceeds will benefit the Lowell Humane Society.
All dogs must be on a leash, and cats, rabbits, and other small animals must be in cages. If a pet is reactive around other animals or is nervous around people, the owner can email the shelter at info@lowellhumanesociety.org to make arrangements for the pet’s photo. The staff at the shelter will schedule a time and allow the owner and pet to enter through a different entrance.
