Westford Health Director, Jeff Stephens, offers guidance to residents and local businesses as the commonwealth begins Phase 2 of reopening. Stephens talks about the number of cases in town, including active and recovered, and also discusses why the number of deaths from the virus seemed to rise dramatically over the past two weeks.
