ADOPTABLE PET: Sweet and Cozy “Cute Cumber” Looking for a Forever Home of Her Own

Video by Patty Stocker

Cute Cumber is a 3-year-old, black and white, domestic shorthair cat who came into the Lowell Humane Society with her kittens after being found in a stranger’s garage. Now that all of her kittens are weaned, she is looking for a forever home of her own. Described as affectionate and cozy by the shelter’s Communications and Fundraising Director, Crystal Arnott, this petite cat has come a long way in a short time. “When she got here, she was obviously very scared, but soon she warmed up,” said Arnott. “She is super sweet; loves to be pet. As soon as you start petting her, she purrs away.”

Because she was a stray, the shelter staff is not completely certain sure she would do well with other pets, but may with a slow introduction.
