Update on Board of Health Halloween Recommendations for Trick-or-Treating

5. 7:35 PM Request from Evviva Cucina LLC, d/b/a Evviva Trattoria, 7 Cornerstone Square, for a change of hours on a M.G.L. c. 138 §12 All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License to allow for alcohol service on Sundays starting at 10:00 AM instead of 11:00 AM – Paul Carney, Manager

6. 7:40 PM Review and consider approval of the request for proposals for the disposition of 35 Town Farm Road for purposes of creating new senior affordable rental units and to house the Westford Food Pantry

ii. Announce notification of price change for upcoming electric aggregation program as stated by the town’s supplier, Constellation NewEnergy

i. Announce a grant awarded from the Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant-Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) Funds Program for microenterprise businesses and public social services assistance in the amount of approximately $320,000

ii. Request for approval of the following:

a. Purchase Orders:

1. Sanofi Pasteur Inc. for the purchase of flu vaccine in the amount of $40,066.92, as requested by the Health Department

2. Colonial Municipal Group for a 2021 Ford F-150 for the Animal Control Department in the amount of $28,651.80, as requested by the Assistant Town Manager

b. Contracts:

1. Green Mountain Communications for the purchase of equipment and construction of a new communication tower at the Police Station in the amount of $246,010, as requested by the Permanent Town Building Committee

2. Patriot Properties for fiscal year 2022-2024 real and personal property data collection services in the amount of $122,100, as requested by the Assessors’ Office

3. Tighe & Bond for year 3 stormwater program assistance and illicit discharge detection elimination program in the amount of $46,700, as requested by the Engineering Department
