Two Men Arraigned in Connection with Illegally Writing and Requesting Controlled Substance Prescriptions

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan has confirmed that Mark Bourque, 49, and John McDonald, 49, were arraigned last week in Lowell District Court in connection with the allegation that Mr. McDonald was writing invalid controlled substances prescriptions to Mr. Bourque, a Tyngsborough Police Officer, who was not his patient. Laushine Rises to Rank of Eagle Scout

State Rep. James Arciero recently attended the Eagle Scout Court of Honor ceremony for Harry Laushine of Westford Boy Scout Troop 437.  To achieve the rank of Eagle, a scout must earn at least 21 merit badges in a number of different subjects ranging from first aid to nuclear science.
