Westford Board of Health Issues Release On Seed Powder Found With Salmonella

The Westford Board of Health has shared an announcement regarding the voluntary recall of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia Seed and Flax Seed Powder and Organic Traditions Ultimate Superfood Trailmix due to possible Salmonella contamination.

Made by Health Matters America Inc. of Cheektowaga, NY, the items were sold nationwide.

A recall announcement was issued after a sample of the products tested positive with Salmonella contamination.
