Sustainable Westford – Winter Series presents “Discover
Essential Oils with Helen Fu” at the J.V. Fletcher Library, 50 Main St. Westford, MA on Tuesday, December
2, 2014 from 5:00 – 7:00pm.

This informative presentation is open to the public with free admission – seating is limited so register at www.SustainableWestford.org. This workshop will educate attendees on how to use Essential Oils for:

Helen Fu (CNC, CH, CNHP) is a Certified Chinese Herbalist, nutritionist, and holistic health counselor. Born and raised in China, she has studied Chinese Herbology, Acupuncture, Diet, Nutrition, Iridology, Kinesiology and Environmental Medicine in both the U.S. and China. As one of the few practitioners that truly understand and combine both Oriental and Western holistic healing, Helen specializes in Chinese medicine, emotional healing, nutrition, weight loss, diabetes and cancer. Helen has been an advocate for sustainability, and a board member
at Sustainable Westford and is currently serving as co-chair of the Westford Healthy Kids Coalition.
