Nashoba Tech Earns Second Place in MSBA Banking Bowl

A team from Nashoba Valley Technical High School placed second in an event at the recent Massachusetts School Banking Association 2015 Spring Conference at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston.

The team took the second-place plaque in the Banking Bowl Trivia event out of 28 high-school teams competing. Students on the team were Aislin Boyden (junior, Townsend), Julia Masson (junior, Westford), Tyra Mitchell (junior, Shirley), Jessica Watson (junior, Townsend) and Erin Whooley (senior, Shirley).

Another Nashoba Tech team placed fifth in the competition. That team was made up of Adam Bonner (junior, Ayer), Matthew Dixon (junior, Pepperell) and Brian Peters (junior, Shirley).

The students are all in the Banking, Marketing & Retail program at Nashoba Tech.
