Westford Police Arrest Three New York Men For Alleged Counterfeiting

The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. 

May 11, 12:13 p.m. – Elizabeth Steadman, 34, of 147 Humphrey St. in Marblehead was arrested following a well being check on Boston Road.

Steadman had an outstanding warrant for arrest from the Lynn District Court from previous motor vehicle offenses. She was also fined for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

May 12, 4:21 p.m. – Cesar Fernando Rodriguez, 51, of River Place in Lowell was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

Rodriguez was charged with alleged driving of an unlicensed motor vehicle.

May 14, 4:49 p.m. – Zachary Bickford, 25, of 42 Birch Rd. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Groton Road.

He was charged with two counts of failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

May 15, 7:57 p.m. – Jennifer Fletcher, 35, of West Main Street in Ayer was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

The Concord District Court had an outstanding arrest warrant for Fletcher on previous motor vehicle-related charges.

21Jul14 Westford Police LogoMay 15, 8:31 p.m. – Westford Police arrested an unnamed individual following a motor vehicle stop on St. Augustine Drive.

No additional information was provided on the person arrested as of the morning of May 18.

May 17, 5:53 a.m. – Sean Rossignol, 22, of 52 Newton Rd. in Acton was arrested following a paramedic call to the corner of Main Street and Fairview Drive.

Rossignol was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

May 17, 2:53 p.m. – Westford Police arrested three individuals following an alleged counterfeiting incident on Littleton Road.

Eddil Colon, 26, of 22 E. 112th St. #423 in New York, NY was arrested for alleged misleading a police officer during an investigation, conspiracy, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, possession of an open container of liquor inside a vehicle and improper operation of a vehicle.

Jose Altagracia Marte, 35, of 1055 Grand Concourse in Bronx, NY was arrested for alleged misleading a police officer during an investigation, conspiracy and possession of an utter counterfeit note.

John Kelly Meija, 19, of 1695 Selwyn #145A in Bronx, NY was arrested for alleged misleading a police officer during an investigation, conspiracy and possession of an utter counterfeit note.
