Police Arrest Men From Fitchburg, Lowell, Main Street, Connecticut

The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law. 

May 26, 8:28 p.m. – Joshua Racine, 35, of 7 Beekman St. in Fitchburg was arrested after reports of a suspicious person near the corner of Woods Pond Drive and Groton Road.

Racine was charged with alleged disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, trespassing and an existing warrant for arrest.

21Jul14 Westford Police LogoMay 27, 10:15 p.m. – William Paquette, 48, of 78 Main St. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Road.

Paquette was charged with alleged subsequent driving with a suspended license.

May 28, 9:47 p.m. – Nour Lofti, 22, of 9 Mt. Hope St. in Lowell was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

Lofti had an outstanding warrant for arrest on earlier motor vehicle offenses.

May 31, 12:12 a.m. – Alfonso Herrera, 45, of Pearl St. in Waterbury, CT was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

Herrera was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations, and possession of an open container of liquor inside a vehicle.
