The League of Women Voters of Westford will host a Candidates’ Night on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 7 p.m. The event will be held in the downstairs Meeting Room of the J.V. Fletcher Library.  Learn more about the candidates running for local office.  Questions from the audience are encouraged, although the League may combine or edit questions due to time restrictions. Residents may also submit questions online at lwv.westford.org until Monday, April 11.

Elections are being held for Selectmen, Board of Health, Housing Authority, Library Trustees, Planning Board, and School Committee. Candidates’ Night is a must-see event to help you get to know the candidates better. This event will be simulcast on Westford CAT Channel 8, and will be rebroadcast and available online. Remember to also watch for the Voters’ Guide published in the Westford Eagle in April.

The League of Women Voters of Westford is a nonpartisan political organization of women and men that encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government. The League does not support or oppose any candidate or political party.
