This weekend stock up on books for your summer reading–Let your kids pick out the books they want to read themselves–Find great Father’s Day gift books! The Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library’s big book sale runs Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday afternoon, offering 15,000 gently used books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, & cassettes at incredibly low prices. Most books cost between 50 cents & $1, & the sale includes all genres of fiction, biographies, cookbooks, gardening books, travel books & much more for adults, as well as a great selection of children’s and young adult books and other media. Friday night, 6:30-9:00, is the special Friends members preview sale. Not a member yet? Join at the door. Saturday’s sale, 10am-5pm, is open to all. And on Sunday, 2-4pm, the bargains are even better: everything is half-price! In the Fletcher Library’s downstairs meeting room, 50 Main St, Westford.
