Groton Man Arrested Following Traffic Stop

The following information came from the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

June 8, 8:43 a.m. – Following the execution of a search warrant on Mountain View Lane, five individuals were arrested.

Bradley Heath II, 23, of 2 Mountain View Ln. in Westford was charged with manufacturing a Class C substance, distribution of a Class C substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, possession of a Class B substance, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Bradley Heath Sr., 63, of 2 Mountain View Ln. in Westford was charged with manufacturing a Class C substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

Linley Heath, 28, of 2 Mountain View Ln. in Westford was charged with manufacturing a Class C substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance and conspiracy to violate the drug laws

Lyndsey T. Holston, 20, of 8 York Ave. in Westford was charged with manufacturing a Class C substance, distribution of a Class C substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

Prachi Joglekar, 22, of 52 Pacer Way in Groton was charged with manufacturing a Class C substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

June 12, 8:47 p.m. – Epifanio Ortiz, 48, of 60 Boston Rd. in Groton was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Groton Road and North Street.

Ortiz was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle on a suspended license, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
