Police Arrest Tewksbury Teen At Cornerstone Square

The following information came from the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is innocent unless proven guilty.

June 22, 1:21 a.m. – Christopher Cabral, 19, of 91 Northgate Rd. in Tewksbury was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Littleton Road and Cornerstone Square.

Cabral was charged with alleged driving with a suspended license and number plate violations.

June 22, 10:17 p.m. – Phillip Heffernan, 32, of 28 Carriage Dr. in Chelmsford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Boston Road and Blakes Hill Road.

Heffernan was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence and marked lane violations.

June 23, 10:15 a.m. – Sandra Viera, 42 of 39 Wamesit St. in Lowell was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Groton Road.

Viera was charged with offenses from an outstanding warrant not specified.

June 26, 12:02 a.m. – Ryan Murphy, 28, of 27 Powhatan Dr. was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

Murphy was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence (second offense), and motor vehicle light violations.

June 26, 3:34 p.m. – Kailyn Jen Mathis, 24, of 2 Mt. Pleasant St. in North Chelmsford was arrested following reported trespassing on Vineyard Road.

Mathis was charged with alleged trespassing and was also fine for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

During the same incident, police arrested Mark Dufour, 23, 12 Pinkerton St. in Derry. Dufour was charged with alleged trespassing also had a warrant related unspecified previous offenses.
