We are fortunate to have the Recreation Department running this wonderful form of exercise.
This is a lively class and welcomes all levels of rowing.
No cost just sign up at the front desk first come first served

Come enjoy a free lunch and learn about topics such as:
How many calories should I be eating and how much exercise
should I do daily? weekly?
How should we adapt our eating as we get older?
Should I worry about the mercury content in fish when I eat it seeral times in a week?
What are the vitamins and supplements I should be taking at age 68, 82?
