Gymnastics and Soccer Fun Ages 5 to 10: Your child will have fun, as they learn gymnastics and soccer skills all in one day. From running through obstacle courses, swinging on the bars, and balancing on the beam to passing, shooting, and scrimmaging they will do it all. Each day will include games, arts and crafts, outdoor play and group activities. A water bottle, snack and lunch is required each day. Participants should wear leotards and also bring cleats, shin guards and socks every day. July 18 to July 22, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost: $293/$290.
Introduction to Shamanic Journeying Part I-Lower World: Tap into the knowledge of the Universe to answer questions, receive insights, and heal others. Bring a mat, small pillow, eye covering bandana, notebook, and pen. July 21, Thursday 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Cost: $47/$44.
CPR Certification and CPR Recertification: All classes include lecture, mannequin practice, and American Heart Association completion card. Defibrillation is included in training. These classes do not meet the requirements for Health Care Provider or Professional Rescue Certification. $12 book fee due at first class. Registration cutoff is July 28.

Music Composition Workshop Ages 6 to 10: Learn to become a composer and learn basic music theory, notation, genre composition and instrument range to create a short original work. All original works will be performed at the conclusion of the workshop in a final recital on July 29 at 11:40 a.m. Materials fee of $5 payable to instructor. Printmaking for Young People Grades 1 to 6: Young artists will love using tiles, vellum, glass, wood and foam to create beautiful real and abstract images. A great chance to experiment with many tactile and unusual art materials. $7 supply fee due first class. Smock needed.
