The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
July 13, 7:00 p.m. – Christopher Cummings, 28, of 171 Cambridge Rd. in Woburn was arrested following police surveillance on Pleasant Street.
Cummings had an outstanding warrant for his arrest stemming from allegations of shoplifting.
