Westford Police Make Four Separate Motor Vehicle Arrests

The following information came from the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

July 7, 3:42 p.m. – Gary Groesser, 61, of 14 Bay State Rd. in Tyngsboro was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

Groesser was charged with alleged subsequent operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

July 8, 5:06 p.m. – Christopher Lingley, 34, of 77 Endmoor Rd. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

Lingley was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with a revoked registration.

July 8, 10:20 p.m. – Barry David Solomon, 52, of 38 Elm Rd. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle crash on Dunstable Road.

Solomon was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violations, and operating a motor vehicle without the proper license.

July 9, 12:39 a.m. – Jason Aubin, 40, of 23 Crown Rd. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle crash on Drew Crossing.

Aubin was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, marked lane violations, speeding and resisting arrest.
