With so many supplement companies and products to choose from: How can you tell what products or brands are right for you or someone you care about? How do you know how much to take, when to take it and when to stop? How do you know if a supplement is even working? And, what are the top 3 nutritional deficiencies that are behind most chronic diseases? If these questions sound familiar or if you struggle to find answers to your own questions regarding nutritional supplements, then join the Westford chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation for a FREE talk on Oct. 22 from 2 -3 p.m. at the J.V. Fletcher Library in Westford.

The talk will be given by Westford resident Amanda Turton Huff, Functional Nutritionist and Owner of The Way to Well. Amanda specializes in helping her clients identify, prevent and reverse the root cause of gastrointestinal and autoimmune conditions with nutrition, supplements and lifestyle. She also works with children on optimal growth, development and performance setting them up for a long healthy life.

This seminar is informational only. No individual health advice will be offered nor nutritional supplements promoted or sold.
