Paint and Sip for Adults: 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17. Grab some friends or take some time for yourself! Relax, sip some wine and be guided through an acrylic painting. No experience required and all materials are provided. Cost: $38/$35.

Paint and Sip for Youth, Grades 3 through Teen: 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17. Participants will explore painting in a relaxing and fun 2 hour class and create an acrylic painting from start to finish. All materials are provided. Parents are welcome to paint canvas along with child. Cost: $38/$35, additional parent $25.

Reiki Level I: 9 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19. This one day class is the beginning of Reiki training. Participants will learn what Reiki is, and its many healthful benefits. The training consists of discussion and hands-on-practice. Participants will also learn how to give Reiki to themselves, family and friends. A Reiki notebook and certificate endorsed by the Reiki Professional Association will be provided. Cost: $153/$150.

Social Puppy 1 Dog Training for Puppies under 16 weeks: 9:10 to 10:10 a.m. Thursdays, Nov.10 to Dec. 8. Build your dog’s overall confidence in the world around them, social skills with dogs and people, and trust in you through positive training games and off-leash play. $93/$90.

Crochet Continued: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays, Nov14 to Dec. 19. Builds on the techniques acquired in the beginning class. Learn to read a pattern, both written and symbol. Unfinished projects can be brought to class. Cost: $78/$75.

Holiday Cookie Decorating Using Fondant: 6 to 9 p.m., Monday, Nov. 14. Learn how to decorate cookies for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday season with Master Decorator Raffaella. Participants will decorate beautiful holiday themed cut out cookies, and dress them up with sugar paste decorations. Participants must bring an apron and a container for cookies. All materials are included. Cost: $68/$65.

Group Circuit Training: 6:30 to 7:20 p.m. Mondays, Nov. 7 to Dec. 19. For all fitness levels. This is a fun and intense workout, whether it is to get in better shape, tone your body, gain more muscle, or just being active. The class is not a military style boot camp. The 50 minute workouts switch between a series of 8 to10 weekly changing resistance stations, strategically integrated with cardiovascular stations. Cost: $91/$88.

Get Rich Slow, a Retirement Game: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9. In this game, participants will take the part of Sally and Norm as they navigate family, finances and retirement decisions. Originally developed by the Boston College Center for Retirement Research, this game will combine knowledge, skill and some luck to get Sally and Norm to and through a comfortable retirement. Along the way, participants make important financial and life decisions and will be able to see the impact of those decisions. Cost: $24/$21 individual, $29/$26 couple.

Artist Reception for “Still Life and Sketchbooks” exhibit by Ron Hubbard: 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4. The exhibit will be on display at Roudenbush, Nov. 1 to 30.
