Yoga, Mixed Level: 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 9 to March 27. This class is open to all levels of practice and abilities. Participants will be breathing, feeling and flowing movements in a way to stretch and strengthen the entire body all while finding relaxation for the mind. Modifications to poses will be offered throughout the class. Participants should bring water, a yoga mat, and/or a towel.  Cost: $133/$130.

Nimble and Nifty Over 50: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Fridays from Jan. 13 to Feb. 13. This class is designed for the 55 and over senior looking for an engaging fitness environment.  Participants will learn how to build strength, balance, coordination and muscle mass all in a small group setting.  Elastic bands, medicine balls, light dumbbell weights and chairs will be used.  Free Open House, Friday, Jan. 6, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Cost: $68/$66. All fitness levels are welcome.

Shrink Shape and Stretch: 9:00 to 9:50 a.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 17 to Feb. 28, excluding Feb. 21. Stay active with this circuit class that combines easy to follow moves for cardio respiratory health, resistance exercises for muscle health and stretching for both flexibility and balance. Free Open House Tuesday, January 10, 9 to 9:50 a.m.  Cost: $68/65.

Group Circuit Training:  6:30 to 7:20 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 23 to March 13.    For all fitness levels!  Challenge yourself to a fun and intense workout whether it is to get in better shape, tone your body, gain more muscle or if you just like to be active.  50 minute workouts switch between a series of resistance stations and aerobic.  Free Open House Monday, Jan. 9, 6:30 to 7:20 p.m.

Obedience Dog Training I: 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 4 to Feb. 8. Join Lisa Bert of Fingers and Paws Dog Training and start your dog on the path to better manners.  Cost: $143/140.

Just Tamera and Me Ages 2.8 to 5 years, drop off class: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesdays, Jan 4 to 25. The class will foster independence before starting preschool or kindergarten with singing, making crafts, reading books and having fun. Two hour or new three hour sessions with “bring own lunch” option. Cost: $126/$123, 3 hours, $85/$82, 2 hours.

Kindermusik Classes:  Thursdays, Jan. 5 to Jan. 26.  New sessions for Wiggle and Grow, and Cuddle and Bounce: Cost: $78/75 See www.roudenbush.org for specific times and to register.

 Introduction to Drawing, Grades 2 to 4:4 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 10 to 31. Artist Bllu Catalano will guide children in developing their drawing and painting skills with focus on developing voice and unique perspective. A wide variety of materials including colored pencils, ink, pastel, and paint will be used. A large shirt or smock will be needed. Materials fee of $8 payable to instructor at first class. Cost: $81/$78.

Funk! Ages 9-12: 5 to 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11 to Feb. 8 Funk, also called Street Jazz, borrows a lot of movement from other dance styles. From ballet to modern to hip hop to lyrical, jazz funk incorporates little bits and pieces of other dance genres and wraps into a funky style that is both fun and expressive!  Appropriate dynamic new music found in today’s pop and R&B sounds. Classes are designed to introduce the young dancer to hip hop funk style of dance and terminology.  Students should wear comfortable clothes and clean sneakers. Cost: $70/$67.

Shamanic Healing: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18.  Interested in alternative healing modalities?  Learn the healing knowledge we all shared in ancient times, anyone can do it! All illness originates in the spirit and body and then manifests in the physical body. Learn to identify and remove illness from the spirit body with the assistance of your Power Animal. Learn shamanic power healing and shamanic extraction techniques. Pre-requisites: Intro to Shamanic Journeying Part 1 & 2. Cost: $70/$67.
