Consider Permanent Town Building Committee’s recommendation to include an add

alternate for third floor renovations in the Roudenbush Community Center rehabilitation project

BOS approved 3-0 to add first add alternate for third floor renovations to be included in design scope of the project at no additional cost by architect

 

8:20PM      Request to approve the following contract:

Metaxas, Brown, Pidgeon LLP for legal counsel to the Board of Health with respect to

Newport Materials, LLC and 540 Groton Road, LLC, with a required initial retainer in the amount of $10,000

BOS approved 2-1 as revised and authorized the town manager to sign

KR opposed

8:25PM      Vote to open the warrant of the FY18 Annual Town Meeting scheduled for

BOS voted 3-0 March 25, 2017
