Nimble and Nifty Over 50: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Fridays from Jan. 13 to Feb. 13. This class is designed for the 55 and over senior looking for an engaging fitness environment.  Participants will learn how to build strength, balance, coordination and muscle mass all in a small group setting.  Elastic bands, medicine balls, light dumbbell weights and chairs will be used.  Free Open House, Friday, Jan. 6, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Cost: $68/$66. All fitness levels are welcome.

Shrink Shape and Stretch: 9 to 9:50 a.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 17 to Feb. 28, excluding Feb. 21. Stay active with this circuit class that combines easy to follow moves for cardio respiratory health, resistance exercises for muscle health and stretching for both flexibility and balance. Free Open house Tuesday, Sept. 6, 9 to 9:50 a.m.  Cost: $68/65.

Kitchen Kids Over December Break Ages 5 to 8: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29. A great class for little chefs! Kitchen Kids teaches children about measuring and mixing, kitchen tools and kitchen safety.  Participants will create an appetizer, entrée and dessert, and eat what they make. $4 materials fee payable to instructor. Cost: $43/$40.

December Break Kitchen Kamp, Ages 9 to 12: 12 to 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 29. Children will learn or enhance their kitchen skills while having fun. They will create an appetizer, entrée and dessert and eat what they make. Materials fee of $4 is payable to instructor. Cost: $43/40.

December Vacation Art Workshop, Grades 2 to 5: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday to Friday, Dec. 27 – 30. All projects during this 4 day workshop will be fine art related with emphasis on drawing and painting skills, and 3 dimensional art.  This workshop will tap into the imagination, while children practice specific art concepts and techniques. Children should bring a light lunch and water. Material fee of $10 is payable to instructor at first class. Cost: $159/$156.
