Women’s Heart Health Breakfast sponsored by Lowell General Hospital
This program will be given by Lowell General Hospital at at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9.  Breakfast will be served. Seniors are asked to register 48 hours in advance by calling 978-692-5523.

 

Men’s Breakfast, Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 8 a.m.

Book author David Brody will discuss his research uncovering evidence of the lost Atlantis colony which led him to write his new novel. Seniors are asked to register 48 hours in advance by calling 978-692-5523.

 

“Elegant Chef” lunch
Seniors can enjoy a three-course meal prepared by the culinary artists from Nashoba Tech. The event takes place on Monday, Feb. 6 at 11:30 a.m.
Menu selection includes: Pot Roast or Salmon. Cost: $9. Seniors are asked to register by calling 978-692-5523
Beginning at 1 p.m., an afternoon of BINGO playing will follow.

 

Small Steps that Make Big Changes
This FREE educational program is part of Lowell General Hospital’s evening series.Learn the difference between fat loss and weight loss, how to focus on fat loss, train smarter and how to cut through all the media hype and confusion. All are invited to the Cameron on Tuesday, Feb. 14 from 6-7:30 p.m. Seniors are asked to register by calling 978-692-5523

 

Blithe Spirit

The Concord Players will perform “Blithe Spirit,” written by Noel Coward on Sunday, Feb. 19. Transportation and tickets provided by calling 978-692-5523.  The COA van will departing the Cameron at 12:45 p.m. for the 2 p.m. production. Cost-$ 25

 

Lunch & Learn
Friday, Feb. 10 at 12:15 p.m.

Seniors are encouraged to enjoy a light lunch and learn or experience something new each month. On Friday, Feb. 10 at 12:15 p.m. Shen Yun will speak on “Reviving the Essence of Traditional Chinese Culture.” Lunch is sponsored by Care & Beyond Come Care, LLC.
