Valentine’s Day Cookies with Royal Icing: 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13. Learn how to decorate cookies for Valentine’s Day with master baker and decorator Raffaella. You will decorate beautiful themed cut out cookies using three different techniques: flocking, flooding and edging. Bring an apron and a container for cookies, Materials are included.  Cost: $68/$65.

Reiki Level I: 9 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11.  This one day class is the beginning of Reiki training.  The training consists of discussion and hands-on-practice.  Participants will also learn how to give Reiki to themselves, family and friends.  A Reiki notebook and certificate endorsed by the Reiki Professional Association will be provided. Cost: $153/$150.

Children’s Art Classes with Mary Jane Brunelle:

Grades K to 2: 4 to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 9 to Mar. 9

Grades 2 to 4:  4 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Feb. 7 to Mar. 7

Grades 4 to 8:  4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 8 to Mar. 8

Cost: $81/$78, Materials fee of $8 paid to Instructor.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying Part I, Lower World: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 7. Tap into the knowledge of the Universe to answer questions, receive insights, and heal others. Bring a mat, small pillow, eye covering bandana, notebook, and pen. Cost: $47/$44.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying Part 2, Upper World: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8. In this class, journey to the Upper World and receive teachings, as well as answers to your questions.   Prerequisite: Intro to Shamanic Journeying Part l. Cost $47/$44.

CPR Certification and CPR Recertification: All classes include lecture, mannequin practice, and American Heart Association completion card.  Defibrillation is included in training.  These classes do not meet the requirements for Health Care Provider or Professional Rescue Certification.  $12 book fee due at first class.  Registration cutoff is Feb. 2.

Adult CPR and Recertification, 6:30 to 8:15 p.m.  Wednesday, Feb. 8. Cost: $50/$47.

Adult and Pediatric CPR, 6:30 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8. Cost: $59/$56.

Smart Puppy, for dogs under 15 months: 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 15 to Mar. 22. Age appropriate basic obedience for dogs under 15 months and up to date on vaccinations. For dogs that are dog and people friendly. Obedience with a focus on how to survive dog adolescence. Cost: $143/$140.

Introduction to K9 Nose Work: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10. Free demo Friday, Feb. 3. Based on professional detection dog training techniques, this class is fun for dogs of all breeds, ages and personalities. It is a great way to offer dogs both physical and mental stimulation. Cost: $143/$140.

Social Puppy 2 Dog Training Puppies 4 to 6 months:  10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, Feb. 9 to Mar. 9. Continue to work on skills started in Social Puppy 1, or get started now that puppy has entered early adolescence.  Particular attention will be paid to reading body language, evaluating play, and knowing how and when to interrupt and manage off leash play. Cost: $93/$90.

Paint and Sip Adults and Teens: 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2.  Relax, sip some wine or non-alcoholic drink and be guided through an acrylic painting. No experience required and all materials are provided.  Teens are welcome accompanied by an adult or with written permission.  Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for those under 21.  Cost $38/$35.
