Mommy and Me Clay Time-Newborn and Up: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27. Great sensory fun with your little ones. This class invites moms, dads, or caretakers and their children to create milestone memorabilia. We will use our hands and feet, air dry clay, and paints, to make mementos & wall hangings.  Wonderful for both parents and children to cherish as they grow older. Cost: $28/$25, adult with 1 child, $10 each additional child.

Clay Play Ages 5 and Up: 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30. In this one hour pottery workshop you will learn basic of hand building and pottery painting, with an air dry clay. We work with each individual to help create a fun sculpture, dish or pot. You will learn the different techniques of design and painting. Everyone will bring home a completed piece of pottery. Cost: $38/$35, adult with 1 child, $10 each additional child.

Smart Defense: 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21. You will be learning self-defense tactics to escape dangerous situations and will be doing so through adrenaline based scenarios.  This will be a hands on class, and the instructor will be padded up. Great for teens and women, and those heading off to college next fall. Cost $52/$49.

Social Puppy 1 Dog Training for Puppies under 16 weeks: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Thursdays, Jan. 12 to Feb. 2/ Build your dog’s overall confidence in the world around them, social skills with dogs and people, and trust in you through positive training games and off-leash play. Cost: $93/$90.

Social Puppy 2 Dog Training for Puppies 4 to 6 months.  10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12 to Feb. 2. Continue to work on skills started in Social Puppy 1 or get started now that puppy has entered early adolescence.  Particular attention will be paid to reading body language, evaluating play, and knowing how and when to interrupt and manage off leash play. Cost: $93/$90.

Nimble and Nifty Over 50: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Fridays from Jan. 13 to Feb. 13. This class is designed for the 55 and over senior looking for an engaging fitness environment.  Participants will learn how to build strength, balance, coordination and muscle mass all in a small group setting.  Elastic bands, medicine balls, light dumbbell weights and chairs will be used.  Free Open House, Friday, Jan. 6, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Cost: $68/$66.

Shrink Shape and Stretch: 9:00 to 9:50 a.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 17 to Feb. 28, excluding Feb. 21. Stay active with this circuit class that combines easy to follow moves for cardio respiratory health, resistance exercises for muscle health and stretching for both flexibility and balance. Free Open House Tuesday, Jan. 10, 9 to 9:50 a.m.  Cost: $68/65.

How the Universe Works: 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan 19. Learn about the Laws of the Universe and how to use them to your advantage to improve your life! Manifest what you really want from life. Decide what you want from life and let the Universe take care of the how. Learn how your past and your thoughts shape your reality and how to turn this to your benefit. Use a simple method to get rid of those pesky movies from your past. Get into the flow of the universe and experience its magic! Cost: $50/$47.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying Part I, Lower World: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan 10. Tap into the knowledge of the Universe to answer questions, receive insights, and heal others. Bring a mat, small pillow, eye covering bandana, notebook, and pen. Cost: $47/$44.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying Part 2, Upper World: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan 11. In this class, journey to the Upper World and receive teachings, as well as answers to your questions.   Prerequisite: Intro to Shamanic Journeying Part l. Cost $47/$44.

 Introduction to Shamanic Healing: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 18.  Interested in alternative healing modalities?  Learn the healing knowledge we all shared in ancient times, anyone can do it! All illness originates in the spirit body and then manifests in the physical body. Learn to identify and remove illness from the spirit body with the assistance of your Power Animal. Pre-requisites: Intro to Shamanic Journeying I and II. Cost: $70/$67.
