Healthy Eating on a Budget for Seniors: 10:30 to 12 p.m. Monday, March 6. Free nutritional education and cooking class to help seniors stay healthy, eat right and choose an active lifestyle.  Instructor will guide seniors through fun, hands-on activities during the 1.5 hour program. To be held at Cameron Senior Center in Westford. Cost: Free, but must register online.

Good Foods for My Plate for Seniors, Parents and Children: 3 to 4:30 p.m. Fridays, March 3 to 24. This inter-generational four-week program teaches parents, children and seniors, how to adopt healthy eating habits while learning to make healthy snacks. The program will feature weekly new recipes for preparing fun, simple healthy dishes using whole grains, fruits, vegetables and snack foods. To be held at Cameron Senior Center in Westford. Cost: Free, but must register online.

Be a Basketball Phenomenon: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturdays March 11 to Apr. 15. Souleymane Wayne, who helped UConn win its first National Championship, will teach students the mechanics of basketball, how to shoot, pass, play defense and practice on their own. Cost: $158/$155.

5  Keys to a Successful Weight Loss: 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 18. This seminar will teach eating strategies and mind body techniques to help to help end struggles with food and weight. Cost $32/$29.

 Basic Zumba 1 and 2: 7:15 to 8:15 a.m.   Free Demo Thursday, March 2. Regular classes begin Mar. 9 to Apr. 20. The Zumba fitness program mixes global rhythms and easy to follow Latin-inspired dance moves that turn your workout into a party. Cost: $93/$90.

Nimble and Nifty Over 50: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Fridays, March 3 to April 14.  This class is designed for anyone 55 and older and looking for a fun fitness environment. Cost: $78/$75.

Group Circuit Training:  6:30 to 7:20 p.m. Mondays, March 20 to May 8. The 50 minute workouts switch between a series of 8 to 10 weekly-changing resistance stations integrated with a series of cardiovascular stations.  Cost: $91/$88.

Shrink, Shape and Stretch Open House:  9: to 9:50 a.m. Tuesdays, Mar, 7 to Apr. 25, excluding Apr. 18. Stay active with this circuit class that combines easy to follow moves for your cardio respiratory health, resistance exercises for your muscle health and stretching for both flexibility and balance. Cost: $78/$75.

Group Conditioning: 9:10 to 10 a.m. Mondays, March 20 to May 1, excluding April 17 A complete AM workout set to music, designed to strengthen all the major muscle groups in the body, while boosting metabolism.  Cost:  $78/$75.

 Guided Meditation Explore and Journal: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  Mondays, March 6 to 27. Participants will be guided via meditation and vocal prompts on a journey into their imagination and psyche. Class will begin with relaxation techniques, then transition to the guided portion. The final stage will provide time for reflection, journaling and sharing. Cost: $55/$52.

 Introduction to Shamanic Journeying Part I, The Lower World: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday March 7. Tap into the knowledge of the Universe.  Shamanic Journeying has been used for thousands of years to work in a “non-ordinary reality.” Cost: $47/$44.

 Introduction to Shamanic Journeying Part II, The Upper World: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 8.  Build on skills learned in journeying to the Lower World.  Cost: $47/$44.

 Advanced Shamanic Journeying: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Thursday, March 9. For those who want to experience more of the magic of shamanic journeying.  Pre-requisite of Introduction to Shamanic Journeying I and II. Cost: $47/$44.

 Introduction to Shamanic Healing: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 14.  If you are interested in alternative healing modalities.  Learn the healing knowledge we all shared in ancient times. Learn to identify and remove illness from the spirit body. Pre-requisite of   Introduction to Shamanic Journeying I and II. Cost: $70/$67.
