The Westford League of Women Voters is holding an informational session for voters, tonight, March 16, on the warrant articles and petitions to be decided at the annual Town Meeting on March 25.
This question-and-answer program begins at 7 p.m. in Conference Room B at the Millennium School (behind the Abbot School), 23 Depot St., Westford.
Information will be provided on such key issues as bonding $6.3 million in Community Preservation funds toward rehabilitating the Roudenbush Community Center, amending one of three Agricultural Preservation Restrictions on the Drew Garden property to build a restaurant, and taking easements for sidewalk construction. Voters will have the opportunity to cover these articles on the warrant and ask questions.
This event will be live streamed and telecast by WestfordCAT and taped for future rebroadcasting. Visit westfordcat.org for more information.
